El proyecto se enfoca en diseñar un equipamiento cultural en la localidad quinta de Usme, el cual conserve el patrimonio cultural e histórico, como el hallazgo arqueológico indígena, la arquitectura colonial y sus lagos que contempla el sector. El desarrollo del proyecto abarca dos tipos de investigación, la analítica y reconocimiento de la zona. De esta forma se obtiene una variedad de información y cruce de datos, lo cual orienta el equipamiento a una integración social y cultural.
