Entrepreneurs who are creators of viable productive projects and generators of wealth are
immersed within the tax system. In Colombia, tax regulations are extensive and have few
information disclosure mechanisms in a didactic and understandable way, therefore it is
important to strengthen the entrepreneur's tax conceptualization. In the case of the
municipality of Villavicencio Meta, the entities in charge of helping the entrepreneur focus
on the formalization of their businesses, neglecting the strengthening of knowledge in tax
matters. The purpose is to prepare a booklet that contains the tax conceptualization
concerning the entrepreneur from Villavicencio that strengthens their knowledge of the
regulations that govern the country. It is intended to provide knowledge from the
accounting profession to the entrepreneur so that he can achieve the good development of
his tax life. In the development of the work, the specific competences in tax matters
developed by the entrepreneur are identified with the booklet and the thematic structure of
basic tax conceptualization for entrepreneurs. |

La conceptualización tributaria comprende el conocimiento de la normatividad de un sistema tributario. Dentro del sistema tributario se encuentran inmersos los emprendedores los cuales son creadores de proyectos productivos viables y generadores de riquezas. En Colombia la normatividad tributaria es extensa y cuenta con pocos mecanismos de divulgación de la información de una manera didáctica y comprensible por lo tanto es de importancia fortalecer la conceptualización tributaria del emprendedor. En el caso del municipio de Villavicencio Meta las entidades encargadas de ayudar al emprendedor tienen un enfoque hacia la formalización de sus negocios descuidando el fortalecimiento de conocimientos en materia tributaria. Se tiene como finalidad la elaboración de una cartilla que contenga la conceptualización tributaria concerniente al emprendedor de Villavicencio que fortalezca sus conocimientos de la normatividad que rige en el país. Se pretende brindar conocimientos desde la profesión contable al emprendedor para que logre el buen desenvolvimiento de su vida tributaria. En el desarrollo del trabajo se identifican las competencias específicas en materia tributaria que desarrolla el emprendedor con la cartilla y la estructura temática de conceptualización tributaria básica para los emprendedores.
