| Summary: | Due to the lack of the company Serviman S.A.S. In order to comply with current
regulations regarding a health and safety system at work, the need arose to execute this project in
order to provide an option regarding the design of the formats that are required so that this
system can be designed , based on resolution 0312 issued in 2019 and still in force, which
defines the Minimum Standards of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System SGSST and is taken as the main reference; Also the Colombian Technical Guide GTC-45, which
identifies hazards and assesses occupational health and safety risks, in order to understand risks
and hazards issues which give us relevant foundations, with the application of these two
standards we proceed to the realization of the design of the formats which are of vital importance
since they are the main axis of this project, thus providing an effective solution to the company
so that it is in its autonomy to make a decision whether to apply these designs to execute its
system of occupational health and safety management and comply with legal requirements. |
