Digital tools are provided that promise to make this unit control effective with the help of an office package, classification under the ABC method, and establishing important criteria in relation to the units that must be kept in the EOQ model warehouse in order not to generate delays to the operational area, establishing the importance of evaluating the costs of inputs and developing a dynamic procedure that is timely at the time of provisioning to comply with the operational activities of the organization and subsequently with the clients.

El siguiente trabajo se realiza dando respuesta la problemática presentada por la organización Serpet Llanos S.A.S, en la cual actualmente requiere de estrategias que permitan un óptimo control de inventario, razón por lo cual, de acuerdo con los conocimientos obtenidos a lo largo de la carrera profesional de ingeniería industrial se realiza un análisis del procedimiento actual del manejo de inventario. Se brindan herramientas digitales que prometen hacer efectivo este control de unidades con la ayuda de paquete de office, clasificación bajo método ABC , y estableciendo criterios importantes en relación a las unidades que se deben mantener en el almacén modelo EOQ con el fin de no generar retrasos al área operativa, estableciendo la importancia de evaluar los costos de los insumos para lograr determinar las cantidades necesarias que se deben pedir en el inventario y elaborando un procedimiento dinámico que sea oportuno a la hora de aprovisionarse para dar cumplimiento a las actividades operativas de la organización y posteriormente a los clientes.
