Analyze its main components, characteristics, causes and consequences using as a point
of reference the environmental deterioration of the Ceibas river caused by the informal
settlements of the sector. Academically, an urban project is being carried out on the preservation
and recovery of both the environment and the public space of the municipality; carrying out
different analyzes at macro and meso scales which include road system, environmental system
among others, where it allows to conclude the current potentialities and problems regarding the
department and municipality. After this, 4 problem analyzes originate from the intervention
polygon located by the water ring of the Ceibas river, encompassing communes 2, 3 and 5, from
these problem analyzes, proposals are proposed in the areas: social, economic, environmental
and urban. , where it allows to conclude the projects that will finally be carried out through a
sectoral urban proposal, intervening in the public space with architectural proposals and urban
furnishings, also recovering the environmental axis that was deteriorating due to the location of
the informal settlements and thus provide a better relationship between river and city. |

Este trabajo académico investiga la informalidad urbana sobre el cauce del rio las ceibas de las comunas 2, 3 y 5 del municipio de Neiva, propone una resiliencia urbana la cual hará que el sector rehabilite la franja de preservación ambiental y fomente la recuperación de espacio público, contra el deterioro que ocasionan los asentamientos informales ubicados sobre la ronda hídrica del rio las ceibas del sector. Analizar sus principales componentes, características, causas y consecuencias utilizando como punto de referencia el deterioro ambiental del rio las ceibas provocado por los asentamientos informales del sector. Académicamente se adelanta un proyecto urbano sobre la preservación y recuperación tanto ambiental y de espacio público del municipio; llevando a cabo diferentes análisis a escalas macro y meso los cuales abarcan sistema vial, sistema ambiental entre otros, donde permite concluir las potencialidades y problemáticas actuales en cuanto al departamento y municipio. Posterior a ello se originan 4 análisis de problemáticas del polígono de intervención ubicado por la ronda hídrica del rio las ceibas abarcando las comunas 2, 3 y 5, de estos análisis de problemática se proponen propuestas en los ámbitos: social, económico, ambiental y urbano, donde permite concluir los proyectos que finalmente se llevaran a cabo por medio de una propuesta urbano sectorial, interviniendo el espacio público con propuestas arquitectónicas y mobiliarios urbanos, recuperando también el eje ambiental que estaba deteriorándose por la ubicación de los asentamientos informales y así brindar una mejor relación entre rio y ciudad.
