El presente documento nace en respuesta a la problemática actual que presenta la ciudad de Palmira del departamento del valle del cauca, a causa de los cambios en las dinámicas urbanas, las cuales generaron nuevas necesidades que dieron como resultado la aparición de nuevas tecnologías y equipamientos, afectando directamente a los movimiento artístico y sus edificaciones teatrales las cuales se vieron obligadas a crear nuevas estrategias de mercadeo para no irse a la ruina y otras no tuvieron otra opción más que cerrar los establecimientos.
