El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo incentivar el turismo, por medio de un diseño de espacio público adecuado, donde se podrán desarrollar actividades comerciales, recreativas, culturales y turísticas, incrementando la productividad del municipio Flandes y brindando la posibilidad de constituirse en patrimonio social y cultural, este proyecto, se plantea en el eje ambiental de la ronda del río Magdalena.
