Summary: | Starting from the regional strategy of Valle del Cauca, where the government detects initiatives of interesting
enterprises, among them the Viche drink, it is given the importance as a traditional or indigenous drink of the Afro-Colombian
population of the Pacific (Gubernation del Valle del Cauca, 2019). In this sense, the researchers propose as an objective: to
characterize the real production offer of the champion distillate [Viche], taking as a reference the active producers in the
Buenaventura - Valle del Cauca area, allowing the identification of possible markets for export diversification in the future in terms
of this type of drink. |
