TERNIUM COLOMBIA SAS of Manizales Through a descriptive exploration in which it needs
a logistic model to improve its raw material and steel crude oil in order to create more supply
routes since they only handle land transport. A logistics model will be carried out in order for the
company to obtain routes of two types of river and rail transport so that the distribution of the
load of steel and raw materials is handled more often and in this way this material is not scarce;
This undertaking makes it easier to detect the insurmountable routes so that the transport of
goods of the company TERNIUM COLOMBIA S.A.S is more agile and that at the same time
optimizes the costs that are going to be incurred from the information of the company and the
bibliography taken for its execution. |

Esta exploración transporta a cabo modelos logísticos para hacer mejor los costos al transportar el acero crudo como además las materias primas desde el puerto de Barranquilla hasta la compañía TERNIUM COLOMBIA S.A.S localizada en la actualidad en Manizales Caldas con el objetivo de que la mercadería llegue a tiempo y no se muestren demoras con la carga; por esto se planteó el diseño un modelo logístico para mejorar los costos del acero crudo referente al transporte de esta mercadería en TERNIUM COLOMBIA S.A.S de Manizales Por medio de una exploración descriptiva en la cual necesita de un modelo logístico para mejoramiento de su materia prima y acero crudo con el propósito de crear más rutas de abastecimiento ya que solo manejan el transporte Terrestre. Se llevara a cabo un modelo logístico con el objetivo de que la compañía obtenga rutas dos tipos de transporte fluvial y férreo para que la distribución de la carga de acero y materias primas se maneje más seguido y de esta forma este material no sea escaso; este emprendimiento facilita detectar las rutas insuperables para que el transporte de mercancías de la compañía TERNIUM COLOMBIA S.A.S sea más ágil y que paralelamente optimización los costos que se van a tener desde la información de la compañía y la bibliografía tomada para su ejecución.
