This is done through an online weekly verification format that is consistent with each contract, city and budgeted amounts. It also consisted of the opportunity for the practitioner to develop communication and decision-making tasks with the parties to the contract, namely: Audit and the contracting company. The format and proposals established by the practitioner focused on the same principles as a construction management software package. Free online resources were used to carry out the practitioner's proposal, working on a free version of Onedrive and Excel Microsoft online. The actions developed were able to increase the efficiency in the report of works to the work management and management of the company and in turn this developed better processes for preparing partial delivery certificates as well as their corresponding payments. El trabajo de grado se ha enfocado en lograr las correctas prácticas constructivas de seguimiento y control de las actividades diarias, semanales y mensuales que realiza la empresa para sus diferentes contratos y obras en Cundinamarca y Colombia. Esto se hace a través de un formato de verificación semanal en línea que es consistente con cada contrato, ciudad y montos presupuestados. También consistió en la oportunidad para el profesional de desarrollar tareas de comunicación y toma de decisiones con las partes del contrato, a saber: Auditoría y la empresa contratante. El formato y las propuestas establecidas por el profesional se centraron en los mismos principios que un paquete de software de gestión de la construcción. Se utilizaron recursos online gratuitos para llevar a cabo la propuesta del practicante, trabajando en una versión gratuita de Onedrive y Excel Microsoft online. Las acciones desarrolladas lograron incrementar la eficiencia en el reporte de obras a la dirección y dirección de obra de la empresa y a su vez esto desarrolló mejores procesos para la elaboración de certificados de entrega parcial así como sus correspondientes pagos.
