That indicates a wide and varied problem for a previous architectural intervention, thus responding to these current and future needs, generating initiatives that try to establish mechanisms that allow and contribute to a better social and comprehensive development of the territory, through the participatory process of the community to provide tools promoting the sociocultural development of the commune and that the factors and determinants of the place are integrated. Este documento nace de la investigación y recolección de datos en la comuna 8 de la ciudad de Ibagué. Que nos indica una amplia y variada problemática para una previa intervención arquitectónica, respondiendo así a estas necesidades actuales y futuras generando iniciativas que tratan de establecer mecanismos que permitan y aporten un mejor desarrollo social e integral del territorio, mediante el proceso participativo de la comunidad para brindar herramientas promoviendo el desarrollo sociocultural de la comuna y que se integren los factores y determinantes del lugar.
