Summary: | PAHO / WHO (2018). Pregnancy at an early age in adolescents is a global reality that day after day carries with it a number of consequences within social and family structures since they affect social dimensions such as education, structured families, psychosocial, cultural areas, etc.
The experiences acquired by adolescents during their pregnancy processes are quite wide, within which negative or positive factors can be found, the first being depressive processes, sexually transmitted disease, changes in lifestyle, suicide attempts, consumption of psychoactive substances , postpartum death or failing during pregnancy, family disintegrations, truncation of the life project among others, and the second aspect that is positive is that some adolescents express that feeling their baby in their womb is one of the most pleasant experiences they have been able to experience in their lives, despite all the difficulties and risks in pregnancy. Objectives: To explore the experiences of early pregnancy in pregnant adolescents who use IPSI CIDSALUD in the District of Riohacha - La Guajira; Materials and methods: sampling of 6 adolescents in a state of pregnancy to carry out a non-experimental, qualitative retrospective study through surveys, where each of the acquired experiences would be discovered from different angles of life and perspectives using the Atlas tool. Tic Results: identification of experiences acquired by adolescents, the life project, interpersonal relationships, and family problems being more relevant. Recommendations; from the health area, greater commitment from the health secretaries, from the family dynamics, paradigm shift and taboo management, and from the educational dynamics, greater responsibility for sexual and reproductive health. |
