El Decreto 1072 de 2015 se utilizó como guía para el desarrollo de la obra, con el fin de minimizar o eliminar los riesgos a los que están expuestos los empleados durante su jornada laboral con el fin de mejorar los estándares de seguridad. Lo primero que se hizo para cumplir con el propósito principal del trabajo fue una evaluación del perfil sociodemográfico, se establecieron los objetivos y la estructura del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional. Inmediatamente, se realizó una identificación de los riesgos y peligros a los que están expuestas las personas que laboran en la empresa, y finalmente, se diseñó un sistema de gestión que cumple con los requisitos y lineamientos requeridos en el Decreto 1072 de 2015, donde se elaboró la documentación necesaria para su posterior implementación.
