Summary:This article focuses on child labor in the community of the town of Nariño Cundinamarca, focusing on the entailment of children and adolescents to the world of work in the rural context. We will explain in which situations of daily life rights violations are presented, also what are the rights violated, what the jurisprudential responses have been for the restoration of rights, and the administrative and institutional mechanisms that can be used to combat this problem. Child labor can be generated by different causes, these can be economic, social, cultural or political. It can also occur in any social stratum, but this is more likely to occur in low-income social sectors, characterized by being populations where there are high levels of poverty, but also a factor that can produce child labor in the town of Nariño. Cundinamarca, is the subject of rural cultural patterns in the work context, due to the entailment of children and adolescents to working life
