En esta investigación se estudiarán las circunstancias e incidencias que vienen influyendo en el comportamiento del recaudo del impuesto, con el objetivo de ayudar a obtener nuevos componentes que mejoren la tributación Municipal. Este proyecto estudiará la falta de educación para pagar el impuesto de Industria y Comercio en el municipio de Unión Panamericana, esto a su vez producirá resultados analíticos, fomentando así la cultura tributaria con el impuesto de Industria y Comercio. Proporcionando datos y concejos para abordar las principales razones del no pago del Industria y comercio por parte de los comerciantes de Unión Panamericana; de igual manera, es importante determinar: el efecto económico y social que produce el poco recaudo del impuesto de industria y comercio.
