It has common areas, access corridors or ducts, roofs, green areas, social park, social or communal lounge, porter, games room, hydraulic parking, pedestrian circulation, elevators, networks, networks installations and electrical, communal antenna, entrance doors to the building, motor pumps, transformers and office. All have the same style of building and finishing, are managed by a single administration. However, this set does not have a manual that parametricizes all the accounting dynamics of the body, which goes against the Basic Standards of the Accounting System, thus emerging the so that of designing and presenting a proposal, purpose to have an information, with a high degree of reliability that allows decisions with greater assertiveness, contributing to the consolidation of a more effective and sustainable management. The configuration of this proposal, was ordered according to the flow of each and every operation to the dynamics to the residential complex in, identifying the recovery stages in the accounting area. with, it is intended to demonstrate how accounting information in recent decades has managed to consolidate itself as a nerve area for management, to provide answers and entrust to the daily task to decide assertively.

El conjunto residencial Jackeline cuenta con apartamentos ubicados conjuntamente, ya sea en una cuadra o una manzana cerrada y destinada solo para esas viviendas. Cuenta con áreas comunes, corredores de acceso o ductos, los techos, zonas verdes, parque social, salón social o comunal, portería, salón de juegos, parqueaderos, circulación peatonal, ascensores, redes, instalaciones hidráulicas y eléctricas, antena comunal, las puertas de entrada al edificio, motobombas, transformadores y oficina de administración. Todas tiene el mismo estilo de edificación y acabado, son manejadas por una sola administración. Sin embargo, este conjunto no cuenta con un manual que parametrice todas las dinámicas contables del ente, lo cual va en contra de las Normas Básicas del Sistema de Contabilidad, surgiendo así la necesidad de diseñar y presentar una propuesta, cuyo propósito apunta a tener una información oportuna, con un alto grado de confiabilidad que permita tomar decisiones con mayor asertividad, aportando a la consolidación de una gestión más efectiva y sostenible. La configuración de esta propuesta, fue ordenada de acuerdo al flujo de todas y cada una de las operaciones inherente a las dinámicas al conjunto residencial en referencia, identificando las etapas de recuperación en el área contable. Con dicha propuesta, se pretende demostrar como la información contable en las últimas décadas ha logrado consolidarse como un área neurálgica para la gestión directiva, al aportarle respuestas oportunas y fiables a la tarea diaria de decidir asertivamente.
