This is based on the fact that knowledge management over time has become a highly important strategy, since it maintains companies' position and encourages organizational learning. Although it is an intangible concept, it allows, among other things, to create and operate one of the most important assets that companies can obtain. Taking into account the above and by means of an exhaustive analysis of the aspects that have a direct impact on the management of explicit knowledge, a model will be being structured that leads to potential skills, with the promotion of personal development and competencies; in a way that encourages continuous improvement and manages to solve the critical points for the explicitation of knowledge.

El presente trabajo consiste en una propuesta para el Fondo Nacional del Ahorro, que permita valorar el capital intelectual y alinear esfuerzos a las metas organizacionales. Lo anterior, fundamentado en que la gestión del conocimiento a lo largo del tiempo se ha convertido en una estrategia de gran importancia, debido a que mantiene posicionadas las empresas y fomenta al aprendizaje organizacional. Aunque se trata de un concepto intangible permite entre otras cosas crear y accionar uno de los activos más importantes que las empresas pueden llegar a obtener. Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior y por medio de un exhaustivo análisis de los aspectos con incidencia directa en la gestión del conocimiento explicito, se estará estructurando un modelo que conlleve a potencializar habilidades, con la promoción de desarrollo personal y de competencias; de manera que fomente la mejora continua y logre solventar los puntos críticos para la explicitación del conocimiento.
