The approach of this project consists of five stages that are: the executive summary, the market study, the market plan, the technical and financial study, which will create the structure of the business idea.

El presente plan de negocio tiene como propósito la evaluación de una idea de negocio basado en la prestación de servicios turísticos en el municipio de Silvia Cauca, basado en el ecoturismo que consiste en la conservación de la naturaleza. Utilizando como escenario los recursos naturales y culturales del Municipio. El proyecto pretende brindar nuevas oportunidades de crecimiento a los habitantes de Silvia y por consiguiente lograr que los turistas se sientan atraídos por el lugar, generar nuevos sectores de recreación para los visitantes.El planteamiento de este proyecto consta de cinco etapas que son: el resumen ejecutivo, el estudio de mercado, plan de mercado, estudio técnico y financiero, que permitirá crear la estructura de la idea de negocio.
