| Sumario: | This project discloses how a computer tool was designed to calculate the costs of clothing production based on production order system, looking for to help women from the CEMDRA foundation and other users who require it to Obtaining professional results on the clothing industry, with dynamic and precise handling way in the providing of information that the tool request, having in mind that most of these women have a large experience in the clothes area but not enough cost's experience to determine them in an adequately way. Through actions such as the collection of information by different means (interviews, visits, inspections…), fixing of each one cost elements' (materials, labor, and CIF's) and the implementation of formulas, Macros and other functions that provides the Microsoft Excel's spreadsheet for your respective calculations, it becomes a fundamental piece to finding the relevant information before mentioned, which for the users (nonexperts in this area) is difficult to find by themselves, saving efforts, money, and personnel qualified for those areas. It offers, besides, a complete guide to known the functioning and uses as such of this proposal, it which directs the final consumer to know in real-time, values that normally could go unnoticed and which could have a large impact the evolution of their activity as a clothing manufacturer in the textile sector. |
