| Sumario: | The present research work focuses on identifying the infrastructure needs in endowment equipment of the Urbanization Ciudad de Campo of the municipality of Palmira, taking into account the concept of sub-centralization as a fundamental element for the development criteria that contribute to the improvement of educational, recreational, cultural services, among others, applying architectural tools that allow us to develop an urban proposal. For this project the analytical methodology and field research will be used to generate an urban study with the intention of developing a detailed diagnosis of its infrastructure and the repercussions on the social factor of the place; The result of this research is to contribute to the deficit of endowment equipment that this sector possesses, improving the social welfare of the community. |
