development of a methodological procedure in which the phases and stages of the research and
design process of the tourist complex and the ecohotel were structured, for which an analysis of
the municipality in which the offer and the demand through a diagnosis. The results of this
diagnosis showed that it is possible to build a tourist complex that also has an accommodation
service in the municipality of Yaguara in the department of Huila. The investigation concluded
that the implementation of said complex will allow the development of the municipality in the
cultural, environmental and tourist part, achieving the economic improvement of the sector by
increasing the influx of local and foreign visitors. |

La investigación tuvo como objetivo diseñar un complejo turístico conectándonos como destino final a un bellísimo ecohotel; logrando involucrar a la población del mismo municipio potencializándolo en la parte económica, cultural y ambiental resaltando lo atractivo de la zona que les ofrece a los turistas, ya que el proyecto se encuentra ubicado en la una parte estratégica que aun el mismo turista admira, siendo en la parte aledaña del embalse del rio magdalena. El proyecto tuvo un desarrollando, de un procedimiento metodológico en el que se estructuraron las fases y etapas del proceso de investigación y diseño del complejo turístico y del el ecohotel para lo cual se realizó un análisis del municipio en el que fue caracterizada la oferta y la demanda a través de un diagnóstico. Los resultados de dicho diagnóstico, demostraron que es posible la construcción de un complejo turístico que cuente también con un servicio de alojamiento en el municipio de Yaguara en el departamento del Huila. La investigación concluyo que la implementación de dicho complejo permitirá el desarrollo del municipio en la parte, cultural, ambiental y turística logrando el mejoramiento económico del sector al incrementar la afluencia de visitantes locales y extranjeros.
