Through different investigative methods, to obtain information on why this problem should be solved and from the field of architecture, by proposing the design of an architectural project that meets the plans designed for the municipality by different plans of development, applied by the government and under the different regulations can give a relevant solution and high architectural quality putting into practice the knowledge acquired throughout the career.

En el síguete trabajo de tesis de pregrado para el programa de arquitectura, se realizará un trabajo investigativo, con el fin de analizar una problemática actual de una falta de infraestructura especializada e innovadora para atender las distintas actividades que las dinámicas del turismo y el comercio en el municipio de Pitalito demandan a la región sur del departamento. Partiendo desde los análisis Macro, Meso y Micro. A través de diferentes métodos investigativos, para obtención de información del porque esta problemática debe ser solucionada y desde el ámbito de la arquitectura, mediante la propuesta del diseño de un proyecto arquitectónico que cumpla los planes diseñados para el municipio por parte de los diferentes planes de desarrollo, aplicados por el gobierno y bajo las diferentes normativas se pueda dar una solución pertinente y de alta calidad arquitectónica poniendo en práctica los conocimientos adquiridos a lo largo de la carrera.
