Summary:The municipality of Algeciras is one of the hardest hit by violence in southern Colombia, it is the only one that the Colombian State considers worthy of reparation and attention to the victims of the armed conflict through the substitution of crops, the implementation of productive projects and the accompaniment in the process of physical and psychological recovery of the victims affected, that is why the project proposes an endowment designed for the vulnerable population that left the war, and to help the demobilized to rejoin society through honest work and good actions that lead to a healthy coexistence and an atmosphere of peace and reconciliation. Without leaving aside people with disabilities who have been affected by the war and discriminated against by society, all this through said endowment which, through the connection with the environment, invites to relate the public space with the private designed using architectural matrices guaranteeing the correct development of composition due to the design methodology that ensures the spaces with the best functionality for the services that are proposed to be provided and providing a suitable space for the proposed objective not only with the population of the municipality but with the entire population of southern Colombia which is the most affected in the country by the conflict.
