Summary:	El Benito Salas is the airport of the city of Neiva, located between commune 1 and 2, which has been in operation for 48 years and has undergone restructuring over time, but due to its location it has generated a series of inconveniences (Environmental , roads, for the neighboring inhabitants and the rest of the population, by means of this investigation it will be analyzed and it will be shown in evidence how these problems affect, therefore a transfer to the municipality of Palermo, in the rural area, specifically to the village is proposed. de San Miguel, a suitable place for the construction of a new airport, where the problems presented in its previous location are taken into account to avoid similar inconveniences that may affect citizens and their environment. When the transfer is made, the lot available to the city is seen, where it can be intervened in many ways, but the best possible use will be sought so that it benefits the population and Neiva can continue in its development process. Neiva has a deficit of public space at the level of the urban area. A metropolitan park is the best option that can be proposed in this lot, giving it a use and solutions to all the road problems that arise in the sector, and that it can implement cultural and recreational level equipment that the city currently lacks.
