Summary:	The Systematization of the III Scenic Meeting "Fiesta and Ritual" of the Bachelor's Degree in Artistic Education with Emphasis on Dance and Theater of the Antonio Nariño University, is located in the sub-line of (Tradition and Artistic Production), since through this study it is possible to approach the living tradition that the indigenous communities of the municipality of Valle de Sibundoy have managed to rescue and maintain thanks to traditional practices and the activities they carry out through festive meetings, such as the Carnival of Forgiveness "Kalusturinda" of the Inga people.
