El presente trabajo de grado tiene como objetivo principal analizar la viabilidad económica de la incorporación de aisladores sísmicos en edificaciones ubicadas en Cúcuta, Colombia. Considerando su impacto en la resiliencia estructural ante eventos sísmicos. La metodología incluyo la comparación de costos entre una estructura con base aislada y una con base fija convencional previamente diseñada bajo los lineamientos de la Nsr-10.
