Summary:	The objective of the research is to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of a work to improve public space in Bogotá, between 80th Street and 128B Street, on the eastern side. The methodology used includes the review of plans and technical documents, as well as direct observation of the intervention process and the collection of data from users and technicians involved.
