The aim is to provide practical instruction in thermodynamic principles applied to refrigeration systems. The bench incorporates key refrigeration cycle components: compressor, condenser, expansion valve, and evaporator, along with instrumentation systems to monitor critical variables such as pressure, temperature, and flow. Experimental tests demonstrated that the system accurately replicates essential cycle processes: evaporation, compression, and condensation. Calculations for compressor work and heat release in the condenser aligned with theoretical values, confirming its precision. The equipment's durability and safety are ensured by using materials like copper and stainless steel, complemented by sensors and automated control systems. This educational bench fosters hands-on learning, problem-solving skills, and energy efficiency analysis, emphasizing sustainability and the use of environmentally friendly refrigerants. It also evaluates the technological evolution of refrigeration and its impact on developing modern educational tools.
