Summary:In order to recognize and satisfy the consumer 's needs, we've established a company called "Perfumería Ciénaga". This project aims at the innovation and marketing of customized perfumes, made from a company located in the city of Ciénaga, Magdalena. The perfumes will be elaborated with high-quality ingredients, guaranteeing a pleasant experience for the final consumer, giving the company recognition in the sector. This is a product that belongs to the cosmetic sector. This sector is in constant renovation, which drives the introduction of a novel concept that not only focuses on the quality of the product, but also on the customer's experience and the positive impact in the community and the environment. In this aspect, the company aims to create a functional, operational and commercial model that integrates the characteristics mentioned above in order to achieve customer loyalty. The research presented follows a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative methods to develop the business plan. Both primary and secondary sources of inquiry will be utilized, facilitating the proper development of the prospectus. At a collective level, the research is conducted in accordance with the guidelines established by the Organizational Management field.
