In this sense, the proposal focuses its projection on the recovery of the public space of the sector located in the center of the city, proposing the relocation of informal vendors in an architectural facility interconnected to Carrera Tercera as a pedestrian street. UAN Proyectos de ciencia, tecnología, innovación y creación artística El presente proyecto de investigación centra su atención sobre la situación que afronta la población ibaguereña que tiene acceso al Centro de la Ciudad, y su zona de influencia, en la cual se encuentran algunos inmuebles considerados Bienes de Interés Cultural (CULTURA, 2018); por tanto, se hace necesario proteger este legado que han dejado las generaciones anteriores a esta nueva sociedad que necesita tener sentido de pertenencia con el lugar que le sirve de hábitat, mejorando su estadía por la zona. En este sentido la propuesta enfoca su proyección, a la recuperación del espacio público del sector ubicado en el barrio centro en la Calle Quince entre las Carreras Quinta y Primera A, proponiendo la reubicación de los vendedores informales en una propuesta urbana.
