Summary:	This report documents the development of a research project conducted by the Research Group at Universidad Antonio Nariño between the second semester of 2023 and 2024. The project focused on analyzing the impact of innovation and technological competencies on the education of Business Administration students in a digital development environment. The research was structured into four phases, starting with a theoretical analysis based on the Oslo Manual and other academic references, followed by the implementation of surveys with faculty members to identify needs and trends in academic and professional contexts.
