To assess the feasibility of this proposal, surveys were conducted among university members and external participants to evaluate their perception and acceptance of the initiative. Additionally, meetings were held with the university's administration to analyze the technical and logistical requirements for its implementation. The feasibility analysis also considered the costs associated with establishing and operating the office, taking into account its nonprofit nature. Through a descriptive methodology, the necessary conditions were assessed to ensure the project's sustainability. In conclusion, this initiative aims not only to enhance the practical training of students but also to positively impact the community, solidifying the university’s role as an agent of development and social commitment.

La iniciativa buscó evaluar la viabilidad de crear una oficina de consultoría social sin ánimo de lucro en la sede Pereira de la Universidad Antonio Nariño, orientada a beneficiar a los habitantes de Pereira y sus alrededores. Esta oficina ofrecerá asesorías en construcción, enfocándose en aspectos estructurales, estimaciones de cantidades de obra y gestión administrativa. El proyecto está diseñado para integrar a estudiantes de quinto a décimo semestre del programa de ingeniería civil, quienes podrán aplicar sus conocimientos teóricos en contextos reales, bajo la supervisión de docentes. Esto permitirá fortalecer su formación profesional y fomentar su compromiso social. La oficina estará ubicada en las instalaciones de la universidad Antonio Nariño sede de Pereira y se orientará a atender tanto a la comunidad universitaria como a personas externas. Para determinar la viabilidad de esta propuesta, se realizaron encuestas entre miembros de la universidad y personas externas, con el objetivo de evaluar su percepción y aceptación. Además, se llevaron a cabo reuniones con la coordinación universitaria para analizar los requisitos técnicos y logísticos necesarios para su implementación. El análisis de viabilidad también consideró los costos asociados al establecimiento y operación de la oficina, teniendo en cuenta su carácter sin fines de lucro. Mediante una metodología descriptiva, se evaluaron las condiciones necesarias para garantizar la sostenibilidad del proyecto. En conclusión, esta iniciativa busca no solo enriquecer la formación práctica de los estudiantes, sino también impactar positivamente en la comunidad, consolidando el papel de la universidad como agente de desarrollo y compromiso social.
