This is it reason for which it is considered of vital importance in the actual viability of the creation of Conciliation Center in the city of Neiva, capital of the Huila Department. Given that the practices designed in the Conciliation Center appear as fortalecimiento del conocimiento para los students, quienes cursan el programa de Derecho, se explores the construction of herramientas based on a disciplinary preparation, which extends to the vanguard of the conciliatory processes established in Colombian law, which will allow resolution the resolution of conflicts with the greatest possible rigor.
