Summary:	The project “Sizing of a Tool to Optimize the Process of Changing Lower Rollers in Komatsu S.A.S. PC8000 Shovels" Has as an objective to improve the efficiency and security for the maintenance of heavy equipment. The PC8000 Shovels play a vital role in mining and the exchange of lower rollers is essential to maintain their function. Using SolidWorks will be designed a specialized tool that facilitates and optimizes this process. The project will cover all the technical specifications, a multidimensional model and provide detailed instructions for its secure and efficient use. This integrated model not only seeks to speed up operations, but to improve the workers security. The project represents a significant step towards the continuous improvement and the operational excellence of the mining operations from Komatsu S.A.S, restating their compromise with innovation and efficiency
