During the process, use is made of different research on the issues raised, used as theories and objects of study in different countries. The aim is to show the need for new public policies and the good use by teachers of pedagogy to counteract and support the educational process of individuals in different school contexts. Se cuestionan y analizan los diferentes retos que influyen en el desarrollo humano integral (DHI), desde las dificultades por las que atraviesa la educación en Latinoamérica hasta el día de hoy, hasta la falta de garantías por parte de las entidades gubernamentales así como capacitación docente. Durante el proceso se hace uso de diferentes investigaciones respecto a los temas planteados utilizadas como teorías y objetos de estudio en diversos países.
