El presente artículo de investigación realiza una revisión bibliográfica, en la cual se tienen en cuenta 12 artículos relacionados con las Tecnología de la información y la comunicación (TIC) y cómo estas influyen en los procesos evaluativos, esto con el fin de analizar la contribución de las TIC en la mejora de los procesos de evaluación. Para la búsqueda de los artículos, se consultaron las bases de datos Scielo, Dialnet, Redalyc y Google Scholar.
