In this way, the discourse of civil disobedience becomes relevant for its call to peaceful action in a context of social crisis, nonconformity with the actions of public power and decadence of democratic institutions. For this reason, it is of interest to recall civil disobedience and its understanding as an act of resistance, in addition, to elucidate on its understanding in the Colombian case based on the references granted by the constitutional court, jointly, to reflect on the spokesmanship of this act by political leaders and the demonstrations occurred in the 2019-2020 periods. And in this way, to expose the scene on civil disobedience in the Colombian case. Without ignoring that on the subject there is little clarity in its recognition and few pronouncements by the constitutional court, leaving adrift a confused association of the various types of resistance, confused with each other, intended as civil disobedience. |

Una sociedad que se manifiesta en contra del mandato de una ley, política de gobierno o cualquier decisión emanada del poder público, parte por un ánimo que alega una cierta injusticia. Lo problemático resulta entonces, cuando las manifestaciones se desarrollan con violencia. De esta manera, el discurso de la desobediencia civil se torna relevante por su llamado al acto pacífico en un contexto de crisis social, de inconformidad frente a las acciones del poder público y decadencia de las instituciones democráticas. Por esta razón, resulta de interés recordar la desobediencia civil y su entendido como un acto de resistencia, además, dilucidar sobre su entendido en el caso colombiano con base en las referencias otorgadas por parte de la Corte Constitucional, conjuntamente, reflexionar sobre la vocería de este acto por líderes políticos y las manifestaciones ocurridas en los periodos 2019-2020. Y de esta manera, dejar expuesto el panorama sobre la desobediencia civil en el caso colombiano.
