In contrast, this article aims to contribute to this reflection from the search and controversy of common knowledge (social representations)in relation to writing inside the research formation process of students and teachers, in this particular case, in the execution of degree projects in Bachelor Degree in Spanish Language and English at Antonio Nariño University. Such inquiry recognizes that heterogeneity of academic cultures is also configured from the participants’ knowledge and beliefs, allowing the identification of correspondences and differences between common knowledge and scientific thinking about writing insidethe research formation process. |

En las últimas décadas, la discusión sobre la escritura en el ámbito académico ha privilegiado el estudio de las prácticas académicas, las situaciones didácticas, los factores socioculturales y los déficits discursivos de los estudiantes. En contraste, este artículo busca contribuir a dicha reflexión desde la indagación y cuestionamiento del saber común (representaciones sociales) en torno a la escritura en los procesos de formación en investigación que tienen estudiantes y docentes, en este caso específico, en la realización de los trabajos de grado en la Licenciatura en Lengua Castellana e Inglés de la Universidad Antonio Nariño.
