El presente proyecto de investigación “Espacios para el arte” es el resultado de la experiencia pedagógica de la autora desarrollada como artista plástica, aplicando procesos de creación-investigación artística para la transformación de preconceptos sobre la enseñanza de las artes plásticas en el contexto escolar. Mediante el diseño y desarrollo un proyecto de arte público como estrategia de fortalecimiento del énfasis de artes plásticas en la IED Sierra Morena, a partir de una flexibilización curricular que propicie la enseñanza del arte contemporáneo abordando creativamente una problemática concreta: la ausencia de espacios físicos, contextuales y pedagógicos para la expresión de las artes plásticas en el ámbito escolar.
