There are presented inclusion and belonging categories to measure those attributes in the user population, from which ten quantitative macro indicators emerge, which in turn give rise to 180 sub indicators, in addition to the model for a global indicator. The contributions of this study are reflected in the differentiation that these categories have with respect to studies of an urban design nature to intervene in the management and planning of policies that respond to the guidelines of the right to the city. |

El diseño de proyectos urbanos ha tenido un auge importante no sólo por su identificación en la ciudad desde sus formas, sino como un conjunto en sí mismo entre los elementos funcionales que la integran y conforman su esencia. El propósito del presente trabajo es exponer macro indicadores para medir el desempeño de los espacios públicos abiertos y cerrados de esparcimiento en las ciudades, así como las condiciones de conectividad que presentan. Se muestran las categorías de inclusión y pertenencia a fin de medir estos atributos en la población usuaria. Desde esa lógica se desprenden diez macro indicadores de tipo cuantitativo, que a su vez dan lugar a 180 sub-indicadores. Además se incluye un modelo que induce a la conformación de un indicador global.
