A continuación analiza detalladamente el proyecto de Gestión social y Predial en la construcción de infraestructura para la implementación de Sistemas Integrados de Transporte Masivo SITM, en las mismas ciudades, haciendo énfasis en sus objetivos, presupuestos, estrategias, metodologías, enfoques de análisis, actores involucrados, compra de predios y etapas de desarrollo.
