Comprendiendo el proceso de cambio y avance histórico de Colombia, se presentan dos críticas y una propuesta frente al quehacer del psicólogo de la salud y los psicoterapéutas en el marco de los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje, el rol medicalizador y la salida en perspectiva crítica-histórica-decolonial al problema de la inclusión de la psicología como ética del capitalismo.
