Summary:	This project is developed in order to know how to address and understand the specific challenges in relation to the frauds that arise in the panorama of the Companies of Colombia, highlighting their economic and social impacts on the risks that these can present in the entities. financial. Then, it explores the principles and techniques of forensic audit, emphasizing its application to identify the facts of financial irregularities and how to act appropriately when said irregularities occur, thus taking care of the honesty, integrity and legal assets of the entities. companies. This project proposes a methodological framework to implement an effective forensic audit system in Colombian Companies, integrating technology, trained human resources and robust audit processes. Finally, it concludes by highlighting the importance of forensic auditing in the fight against fraud and its role in protecting financial interests and business integrity in Colombia.
