Sumario: | This degree work tells the life story of the teacher Jeinny Leticia Mena Moreno, a compilation of moments and experiences in the artistic life of the teacher since her childhood is made, emphasizing three relevant moments in her life for her growth as master artist such as: Her training in Afro dance, her methodology for teaching Afro dance and the management and circulation of artistic products, from her empirical experience to her professional training as a Master Artist for the formation of the Zarakua cultural foundation; The significant moments in her artistic and pedagogical career are recognized and the contributions that she has made as a dancer and teacher in dance and in the Afro community
are highlighted. The information was collected through semi-structured interviews with family members, dancers and musicians of the foundation and was supported by different academic documents. |
